Earth Gathering is a juried-invitational
art festival with an Earth Day theme, held annually on the lawn of the Pump House Center for the Arts in Yoctangee Park (historic downtown Chillicothe, Ohio).

This April event was designed to entertain, educate and inspire the public about nature, creativity, and sustainability through Earth-friendly art, music, food, products and ideas. Quality, affordable hand-made art and great music (from local and regional artists) highlight this
8-hour festival. If severe weather is
forecast for Saturday, the event will be postponed until Sunday.

It all follows the annual "Scioto Waterway Cleanup" starting in the annex at 10 a.m.

This is a kid-friendly event. Please keep
it clean--on every level. Alcohol (and drugs) are prohibited park wide.

This year, we encourage festival attendees to take a walk downtown and visit our local restaurants, shops and taverns during and after the festival.

including Circleville, Columbus,
Delaware, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, Newark, Carrol, Logan, Rockbridge, Moxahala, Nelsonville, Athens, Albany, Millfield, Proctorville, Jackson, Frankfort, Bainbridge, Sabina, Leesburg, Waverly, Williamsport, Hillsboro, Greenfield, Cincinnati, Dayton, Yellow Springs, Junction City. Ther radius requirement keeps the money local and regional and cuts down on the carbon footprint of the festival.

This festival is juried by an outside judge the first week in March. All work for 2010 has been chosen. There will be no more vendors added for this year's event. Do not contact the organizers please. We are focusing on promotion.
